This Role is Fully REMOTE..
The purpose of this role is to provide an amazing customer service experience to Nexora Stores NG which is an indigenous E-commerce company that sells to customers within Nigeria.
You will help us take desired actions… by providing an amazing experience with your service.
Doing this will directly contribute to revenue growth for the company by product purchases, referrals & brand goodwill.
Every day, you will have the opportunity to provide prospects & clients with a positive and high-quality experience.
Sales Representative(Sales Closer)/WhatsApp Marketer is responsible for receiving phone calls and calling customers, interacting with delivery agents to ensure delivery is done on time, respond to comments, inquiries, and messages on our office line.
You’ll have the ability to swiftly gain customer confidence and trust – with your voice.
With this in mind, you’re the type of person that loves turning negative experiences into positive ones.
The position is partly proactive and partly reactive.
You need to be actively online and very responsive to attend to customers/delivery Partners whenever your attention is needed (indeed time is very essential because any minute lost translates to loss of money…

An influence phone call or WhatsApp messages prospects and clients to take desired actions.
Focus on root issues, and fix them, instead of embracing band-aid solutions.
Integrity, self-awareness, and adaptability.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
Have experience using Google Drive, Email, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel). Must be computer literate
One-to-many mentality, not just one-to-one (Be-friend automation like scheduling posts)
(Base + Commission with 70 % performance benchmark)

₦100,000 – ₦200,000 paid at the end of every two weeks—no conditions attached
